Step 1: Ask a Compelling Question
What is Carbon Monixide?
What can it do?
How cna we reduce it?
Where does it Carrbon Monixide Come from?

Step 2: Gather and Analyze Information
  • It comes from incomplete burning of fossil fuels
  • you can stop it by using Catalyic converters and by burning less fossil fuels, using cars less in the winter,
  • Cause impaired visions, impaired manal dexterity, learning functions, buliding to perform complex tasks, and can also kill you
  • people who are at risk are people with heart diesease,or respiratory, and elderly, and small children
  • also known as exhaust
  • it is emitted from the tailpipes of most vehicles
  • enters the bloodstream and creates carboxyhemoglobin, a chemical that inhibits blood’s capability to carry oxygen to organs and tissue.
  • more carbon monoxide is produced during the winter because cold temperatures make it harder to burn fuels
  • transportaiton is responsible for most of the carbon monoxide emmissions
  • Carbon Monixide is a colorless,odorless,poisonous gas
  • Carbon Monixide is bad for the people because if they breath the Carbon Monixide they die because it is a poisnous gas
  • Can be fatal if you inhale large quantities of it.
  • Often known as, "The Silent Killer"
  • can also be produced by common household appliances
  • Spray paint, solvents, degreasers, and paint removers risk for exposure to carbon monixide
  • industrials workers at oulp mills, steel

Step 3: Creatively Synthesize Information

Step 4: Critically Evaluate and Revise

Step 5: Publish and Share
