Critically Evaluate and Revise


You will receive and give broad-based and high-level feedback for the created products.

You will engage in a three-level evaluation process:

            • self-evaluation
            • peer evaluation
            • outside expert evaluation

Evaluations are based on the following rubric elements:

(a) Intellectual Quality

  • include clear purpose, synthesis and construction of ideas, appropriate curriculum connections, clear beginning and ending, and sources cited appropriately

(b) Aesthetic and Technical Quality

  • include web 2.0 tools, camera techniques, editing/transitions, audio (music and dialogue), and creativity/originality.
  • Use multiple sources of feedback based on the evaluation rubric; students should revise their product accordingly
